Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 0-1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices is a plus
